3/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup non-dairy creamer
1/4 cup black tea leaves
12 cardamom pods
4 - 2-inch pieces cinnamon stick
2 teaspoons dried lemon peel

PLACE all ingredients in a 12-ounce jar or bottle. Makes 1 jar or 2 6 oz containers as per above.
