1 pint fresh strawberries
2 bunches fresh spinach
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons minced green onion
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic or cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Wash strawberries under cool running water. Remove caps and
set aside to drain. Wash spinach and remove large tough stems. Tear large
leaves into small pieces. Drain.
Dressing Recipe: In a medium bowl combine remaining ingredients and
whisk together. Slice strawberries into halves or quarters and place in a large
bowl. Add dry spinach. Pour dressing over all and toss.
Strawberry Pie Recipe
1 baked pie crust
3 oz. pkge of strawberry flavor Jello
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cup boiling water
2 tblsp lemon juice
1 pint of fresh strawberries
Mix jello powder with the sugar. Add boiling water and stir until thoroughly
dissolved. Add the lemon juice.
Refrigerate until mixture starts to gel. Arrange strawberries on crust. Spoon
thickened jelly over the berries and refrigerate.
Serve with whipped topping.
Prepare graham cracker pie crust
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually
blend in the sweetened condensed milk, then add the lemon juice and the
vanilla. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust. Chill for 2 hours. Top
with the strawberries.
Recipe Tip: Drizzle the berries with the warmed honey.

Leave the stems on your berries. Wash and dry well. Break chocolate into
pieces and place in microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave oven on high for 30
