Chocolatee Chocolate Cookies
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup broken white chocolate pieces
Prepare cookie sheet(s) by greasing or non stick spray. Preheat oven to
350° F. Cream shortening, margerine, and sugar together. Add beaten eggs
and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together. Add dry mixture gradually to egg
mixture, beating as you go. Add white chocolate pieces. Roll dough into 1"
balls, place on cookie sheet, flatten. Bake 10 - 15 minutes. ENJOY!!
Tip: A little hot milk added to the butter/sugar
mixture will aid the creaming process.
Grandma's Amazing Oatmeal Cookies
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup shortening
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups oatmeal
Prepare cookie sheet(s) by greasing or non stick spray. Preheat oven to
350° F. Cream shortening, margerine, and sugar together. Add eggs and
vanilla. Mix dry indredients together and combine with egg mixture. Roll into
1" or bigger balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork in the
traditional manner. Bake 10 - 15 mins. Add this one to your recipes that are
great for the freezer!!

Peanut
Butter Lunchbox Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Prepare cookie sheet(s) greasing or non stick spray. Preheat oven to
350° F. Cream peanut butter and shortening together. Add sugars, gradually
beating until fluffy. Add beaten eggs. Mix flour and soda together. Add to
peanut butter mixture. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with
fork. YUMMIE!!
Tip: Keep a dish of flour handy, dipping your fork
before you flatten the cookies, prevents the fork from sticking.
The
Classic Ginger Snap Cookie
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
4 tblsp molasses
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinammon
2tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
Prepare cookie sheet(s) greasing or non stick spray. Preheat oven to
350° F. Mix oil, sugar, molasses, egg together. Add dry ingredients and
mix together. Roll into balls, dip in sugar, drop onto cookie sheet (they will
spread as they bake) Bake for 10 mins. ADD TO YOUR VERY EASY RECIPES

Easy
Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup shortening
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
6oz chocolate chips
Prepare cookie sheet(s) ungreased or non stick spray. Preheat oven to
375° F. Cream shortening, sugars and add eggs and vanilla. Add to flour
mixture, beat, then add chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto the cookie
sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 mins. QUICK & EASY RECIPE!!
Tip: Brown sugar hard? To moisten it up, place a few
slices of fresh apple into the bag or container and cover tightly. The sugar
will be soft again in a day or two.

Snickerdoodle Cookie Recipe
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda in 1/2 cup hot water
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinammon
Prepare cookie sheet(s) greasing or non stick spray. Preheat oven to
375° F. Cream shortening and sugar together. Beat in egg. Sift flour,
cinammon and salt together. Add to egg mixture along with soda/hotwater. Drop
onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 15 mins. Note: try adding 1/2 cup nuts
& 1/2 cup raisins to this recipe. MMMM!!
